• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, complete with original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom-made items are exempt from being returned.

2. Initiating a Return

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must wait for return approval before sending the item back.

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
